Kingston Mazda

My review pertains specifically to the service I received today and also a few weeks ago when I brought my Mazda in for an oil change and inspection. When I started taking my vehicle to Mazda Kingston about 12 years ago they had a fabulous team under Wayne as Service Manager. Since the departure of this team there have been several staff come and go and frankly, things have never been quite the same. My last two service vists however were handled by a woman (sorry I wish I had asked her name), and she was fabulous. Today I simply dropped by to purchase some "stabilizers" over the counter which I needed to add to my gas tank, and she asked one of the employees if he would get a funnel and do it all for me! The young man was so polite and helpful, I enjoyed his knowledge and appreciation of the RX7 and RX8, and his willingness to chat. The level of service provided was above and beyond, thank you so much to both of you!

I purchased a Mazda from Jake in Oct. The whole sale experience was great. Jake was wonderful to deal with. He was friendly, patient and very professional. He was willing to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My experience with Marion and Dimitri was also very positive. I never felt any pressure to buy. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from Kingston Mazda.

I am a returning customer to Kingston Mazda because of the excellent service I have received. I recently purchased a new car and Seth made it a positive experience. He went out of his way to be available for me and to assist post sale with setting up apps etc. The whole staff in service (Alex, Sue and Jacob), Marion and the owner John made me feel like a valued customer.

Let me tell you, every question I had, anything I needed to go over, he took care of it all and with excellent service. There was no “games” as some would call it, no issues. I came from out of city 2.5 hours away and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip out again for a future vehicle. In a world where service before and after sales is almost always forgotten, Kingston Mazda shows that there are still some excellent places to do business with out there. Thanks again!
